Today, I got an envelope that only had a packing slip inside. It seems like the photo album might not have been packed and sealed right.

I received my four boxes pretty fast, but they didn’t match the size that was advertised for 4x6 to 4x7 photos. From what I gather, this is a mistake on Pioneer’s part, as they promote these boxes as 4x7 on various platforms. The customer service at Photos4less was top-notch; honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve experienced such care. They made sure I was satisfied, issued a full refund without me even asking, and followed up with an email and a call to confirm I got it and had all my questions sorted. Just outstanding.

Now, about those Pioneer boxes—I’m currently stuffing them with pictures since I’m in a bit of a rush. They’re half full and quite heavy already. I’m still waiting to see if they’ll hold up well.

They’re about the size of regular shoe boxes, and everywhere I check, they’re advertised as 4x7, but that’s definitely not the case. I did some online shopping and found a few that might actually be the right size, but I haven’t gone to any stores in person yet. I’m trying to clear out my big photo albums to sell the house. These green boxes look decent enough and might do the trick, though they come with flimsy paper dividers (which I’ll have to use) and a thin silver label holder on the front. I’m a bit worried that if I fill them up, they might tear like someone else showed in their review. But hey, I’m willing to give it a shot.

The prices were spot on, and everything showed up just like we talked about.
